Driver Terms & Conditions

These Driver Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Babycabs Paris (“the Company”) and its affiliated drivers. By partnering with Babycabs, drivers agree to comply with the following standards and obligations. 1. Eligibility Requirements Drivers must: Hold a valid Taxi or VTC professional license Possess all required insurance and permits Maintain a clean driving record Operate a vehicle that meets Babycabs quality standards All documentation must remain valid at all times. 2. Safety Obligations Safety is a core value of Babycabs. Drivers agree to: Ensure proper installation of baby and child car seats Verify that all passengers are securely fastened Follow traffic laws and defensive driving practices Maintain vehicles in safe and excellent condition 3. Professional Conduct Drivers must: Arrive on time for all bookings Maintain professional appearance and respectful behavior Provide calm, family-friendly service Protect client confidentiality and privacy 4. Booking & Service Standards Drivers agree to accept and complete confirmed bookings responsibly. Cancellations without valid reason may affect partnership status. 5. Payments & Compensation Compensation terms, commission structure, and payment schedules are defined separately in the driver agreement. 6. Liability Drivers remain responsible for compliance with transport regulations and applicable laws during service. 7. Termination Babycabs reserves the right to suspend or terminate partnership in cases of: Safety violations Unprofessional conduct Breach of these terms By working with Babycabs, drivers commit to delivering safe, reliable, and premium family transportation in Paris.
